What was holding growth back

Real estate is one of the most competitive categories in Indian digital marketing. Real Estate Pro had no clear SEO strategy, a website that was not built to capture leads, and paid ads running without a proper funnel behind them. Traffic was coming but enquiries were not. Key Insight

The biggest win was fixing the website before scaling the ads. Real estate brands habitually throw money at lead generation without asking why the leads they already have are not converting. In this case, the enquiry form was buried three scrolls deep on every property page. Moving it above the fold on mobile alone increased form submissions by 40% in two weeks. The second big unlock was local SEO — ranking for neighbourhood-level keywords brought in leads with far higher intent and almost no competition.
