The Challenge

What was holding growth back

Great trainer, zero digital presence. The existing website was a basic template that did not explain the offer clearly or capture any leads. Social media was being used casually with no strategy behind it. Enquiries were coming only through word of mouth which meant slow, unpredictable growth. Content and social media first to build trust and show results. A rebuilt website to convert that warm traffic into bookings. Then Meta ads to amplify what was already working organically and reach cold audiences in the right city and interest groups.

Key Insight

Transformation content was the biggest driver across both organic and paid. Real client results with before and after context consistently outperformed every other content type by a wide margin. People hiring a personal trainer want proof that it works, not just motivation quotes. The second insight was the WhatsApp CTA on mobile. Adding a one-tap WhatsApp button on every page increased enquiries more than any design change. People in this category want to talk before they book.
