The Challenge
What was holding growth back
The platform had a solid concept but looked and felt unfinished online. The branding did not communicate trust, which in healthcare is the single most important thing. The website was hard to navigate, slow on mobile, and not built to handle directory functionality properly. Social media was inactive and email was not being used at all. Doctors were not signing up because the platform did not look credible. Patients were not coming because no one knew it existed.
Strategy
Healthcare is one of the hardest categories to market because trust is non-negotiable. No one books a specialist through a platform that looks amateur. We built the entire strategy around two audiences at the same time: doctors who list their profiles, and patients who search for specialists. The brand identity had to work for both. The web design had to make searching simple for patients and profile management easy for doctors. And email marketing became the primary channel for doctor outreach and patient retention.

Key Insight
The email channel was the biggest surprise. Most healthcare platforms ignore email completely. A simple weekly health tip email to patients had a 34% open rate and became the single biggest driver of repeat visits. In a category where people only think about doctors when something is wrong, staying in their inbox with useful content keeps the platform top of mind exactly when it matters. Doctor acquisition also became easier the moment the brand looked credible.
